Report a correction

We publish state licence records as-is, so most corrections fall into one of three buckets — and the third is the one we can fix fastest:

• The state record is wrong. We cannot change it — it is the state’s record, not ours. But we will tell you exactly which document, and where in it, so you can take it to the agency that can.
• The record has changed since it was published. Licences lapse, renew and move. We re-fetch every source on a schedule and republish when the state does, so this usually resolves itself — tell us anyway if it is urgent.
• We transcribed it wrong. That is our bug, and the one we can fix today. Several of these sources are PDFs that have to be read by position on the page, so it happens. Tell us and we will check it against the source.
